## The Ubuntu Method

Four phases that take an enterprise AI initiative from idea to production:

1. **Discover.** We map your tech stack, your data flows, and the business problems AI can actually move the needle on. Outcome: a prioritized opportunity map.
2. **Strategize.** We design the AI system architecture: what to build, what to buy, what to integrate, what to defer. Outcome: a build plan with measurable success criteria.
3. **Build.** Our engineers implement on your infrastructure. You own the code, the models, the pipelines. Outcome: a production AI system, deployed.
4. **Operate.** Documentation, training, and an optional ongoing support engagement. Outcome: your team runs it.
